Aishwarya (Aishu) Niraula is a multidisciplinary artist and researcher whose work explores the intersections of identity, memory, and the unconscious. As an artist she transforms the intricacies of mental health challenges into vibrant, thought-provoking works of art.
Aishu uses mixed media to bring life to themes of anxiety, healing, and introspection. Her work often features zentangle-inspired patterns, layered textures, and bold colors, capturing the ebb and flow of emotions that many experience but cannot articulate. With a focus on the hidden battles of the mind, her art serves as a visual narrative of resilience and self-discovery.
My work explores the intersections of memory, identity, and the unseen processes that shape our inner lives. I am drawn to the ways creativity mirrors cognition, and how both may hold the keys to healing. My art is a canvas for chaos, healing, and everything in between. Through vibrant colors and intricate patterns, I aim to unlock and express the emotions that often remain unseen.
Creating is not just a process for me; it’s a therapeutic act that mirrors my journey with anxiety and mental healing. Each piece is an invitation for viewers to confront their own thoughts, find solace, and see beauty in complexity. By translating invisible struggles into visual forms, I hope to inspire connection and understanding.
